Are what is this gleaming and silvery wonder I spy? It appears to be a Steampunk Jewelry Ring but what the deuce??? Surely not??? Ah but yes - it spins! Never in my wildest dreams could I conceive of a piece of Jewelry which not only looks like a vision of wonder but also functions as a spinning device! Surely its the devils handiwork, or perhaps the designs of London Particulars...
